A message dated June 6, 1994, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

"An Act relating to suspended imposition of criminal sentences                
and to the imposition of sentence when a suspended imposition of
